The problems that Chicago has with violence is not unique to Chicago at al. A lot of people don't realize how hard it is to break the cycle of violence in a community and how hard it is to talk someone out of using violence who has only known violence.
This doc really shows how CeaseFire (now Cure Violence) does the actual hard work of improving life. Great doc. 3 weeks 2 days ago -

Definitely a great documentary about some people who do amazing work in the violent streets of Chicago. Although they might not always be able to prevent violence, they surely help to elevate the quality of life for many people living in these rough neighbourhoods and show them life can be different if you change your mindset. 12 years 5 months ago -
